Meet Dr. Anne Fedorowicz
Dr. Anne Fedorowicz is a Registered Psychologist who believes in the potential of every child and youth. With over 20 years of dedicated experience, she has become a compassionate and trusted partner for families, offering a warm and approachable presence that puts both parents and children at ease.
Dr. Fedorowicz holds a Master’s and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Simon Fraser University, where she studied Child Clinical Psychology. Her extensive training includes a residency in Child Clinical and Pediatric Medical Psychology at Alberta Children’s Hospital, as well as a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Child Forensic Psychology at the London Family Court Clinic, where she worked with child witnesses and conducted parenting capacity, young offender, and expert witness assessments.
Dr. Fedorowicz has delivered evidence-based assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to high-risk children and youth in mental health, school, and forensic settings across Ontario and British Columbia. She worked in Medical Psychology and Mental Health at BC Children’s Hospital and consulted with the Provincial SCAN Team at Surrey Memorial Hospital, conducting forensic interviews and assessments in cases of suspected child abuse and neglect. Dr. Fedorowicz continues to consult with the Provinical SCAN Team for Northern Health. She has a wealth of experience in addressing stress, trauma, and coping in pediatric populations, including situations of chronic illness and pain, traumatic injuries, child maltreatment, and high-conflict divorce.
Dr. Fedorowicz has been recognized as an expert witness in Child Clinical and Forensic Psychology by the BC Provincial Court. She has presented and published on the topics of stress and coping, and contributed as a reviewer for the journal Law and Human Behavior. She remains actively involved in several professional organizations, including the Society of Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology, the Society of Pediatric Psychology, and the American Professional Society on the Abuse of Children.
